About the Author and Illustrator

Hello, bonjour, szia, and guten tag! My name is Camden S. Holley, and I am the author of My Pet, Peeve and plenty of other books in the making. I wrote My Pet, Peeve when I was thirteen years old, and I'm currently working on a bunch of other books.

I hope to create insane worlds for young readers to get lost in, enjoy a strange and new perspective, and have a wonderful time. In each of my stories, I try to bring creativity and curiosity. Questions and quirks. And most of all, a twist on how we see reality. All of my best ideas come from the children and people around me, and I keep writing books because of these ideas. I'm now fifteen and enjoy running, acting, art, and (of course) writing.

Hi there! I'm Rylee Mullins, a fourteen-year-old illustrator and the creator of Doe Designs, a local, commission-based art business. I'm excited to have illustrated my first book, My Pet, Peeve for my birthday twin (yes, we have the same birthday date).

With God and my large imagination to thank, I've made it to where I am today, and being able to glorify God and the world around me is the greatest part of illustrating. In my art, I always try to incorporate a unique twist while also staying true to my commissioner (cough cough, Camden), with the hope of continuing to bring my ideas and personality to life and inspiring others in the process. I live in Melissa, Texas, where I'm always drawing, taking care of my pets, and getting far too many emails from Camden.

I'd like to help others unlock their creativity, and with my art in the world, I think that I'm doing exactly that.
